Contracting parties

By placing an order at http://www.armonia.hu a contract is concluded with Internaturel Kereskedelmi Kft., 1026, Budapest, Riadó u. 10/a. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and the person placing the order as the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). By accepting the order, the buyer accepts and acknowledges the terms of this contract as binding.

 Order

By accepting the order, the customer acknowledges that he has read and accepted these terms and conditions and that he is bound by them. The purchaser is obliged to provide true and correct information. The buyer shall be liable for any damage resulting from the provision of incorrect or false information. The service provider is entitled to cancel a registration which is manifestly false or incorrect.

The Service Provider will send the customer a confirmation of the order by e-mail, automatically generated by the system. The confirmation will contain the order identification number. Subsequently, the customer can refer to this identification number to contact the service provider. This confirmation, however, only confirms the receipt of the customer's order and does not mean that the product is available.

By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to the issuing of an e-invoice for his order and its electronic transmission to the purchaser.

Order information

Purchasing is possible both with and without registration. If the customer has not registered in advance, his/her data will be automatically recorded in the service provider's database when the order is placed.  

Orders are processed on working days between 10 am and 5 pm. If the order is placed outside the specified time, it will be processed on the following working day.

The general time limit for fulfilment is 3 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product or service page. The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the real ones, in some cases they are for illustration purposes. We shall not be liable for any unannounced changes to the technical specifications due to the supplier or for reasons beyond the supplier's control. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of orders already confirmed. Partial fulfilment may only be carried out after consultation with the customer! In the event that an order requires a minimal change at the request of the customer, the Service Provider will undertake to make this change. If this is not possible, the Buyer must place a new order.

Order procedure

Registration or purchase without registration

Select the products you would like to purchase and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.

On the shopping cart page, you can change the items and quantities of your order, select the delivery method and then use the "pay" button to pay using the payment method of your choice.

On the checkout page, you can enter your payment details and select a payment method.

Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Your credit card details are not passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013."

In the case of cash on delivery payment, you will be given the opportunity to review your order, check the details of your order, if everything is in order, click on the "order" button to finalize your order.

Our system will send you an automatic e-mail with the order number, which you can use to enquire about your order using one of our contact details.

Products, prices, promotions 

Product descriptions and prices can be found on the product data sheet. In the event of any incorrect indication of prices, the provider is entitled to correct them. If a product or its price is incorrectly indicated due to a typo or incorrect information, the service provider is entitled to cancel the order, unless the discrepancy is insignificant.

The validity of the promotions indicated on the website covers orders placed at the promotional price, with delivery within a maximum of 10 days. In the case of promotional products, the duration of the promotion is valid until cancelled. 

If a product is out of stock, the supplier may cancel the order by informing the customer. In this case, the customer will be informed by telephone or electronically (e-mail, SMS) and may cancel the order. The customer must indicate the cancellation of the order in any case!

Two promotions cannot be combined, one promotion is always taken into account!

Delivery

The customer can obtain information on the delivery and payment information page of the service provider. The average delivery time is 2-3 days.

Payment 

The payment of the product can be made as follows:

In the case of delivery by courier, the customer can pay the total amount of the order in advance by credit card or bank transfer. In the case of cash on delivery, the courier must be paid the purchase price in cash on delivery of the product against an invoice. The invoice will include the cost of courier service. In the case of personal delivery (at the point of delivery), you can only pay the total value of the order in advance. Account

The service provider will issue a VAT invoice for each order exclusively in the name and address of the registering customer (e.g. private person, company). The invoice will be sent automatically to the address of the registering customer in the case of delivery (in the case of delivery by courier or collection at a collection point) after or at the same time as the delivery. If the Service Provider has issued an invoice and the customer has provided an incorrect address and has not received his invoice for this reason, the Service Provider shall not be liable in any way.

Right of withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within eight working days of receipt of the product. The customer must notify the service provider in writing (by e-mail or post) of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The buyer must return the product to the location specified by the service provider. The buyer must deliver the product to the service provider in unopened and undamaged condition, otherwise the service provider may refuse to pay the consideration.

The customer with the right of withdrawal is obliged to return the product to the service provider at his own expense. The buyer cannot oblige the service provider to pay the delivery and return charges, this is always the responsibility of the buyer! The customer shall not be liable for any costs other than the delivery and return of the product. The service provider has 30 days to refund the full purchase price to the customer if the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal and returned the product ordered. The possible ways of refunding the purchase price (bank transfer, postal delivery, etc.) will be agreed with the customer.

The Supplier shall only be obliged to refund the purchase price if the Purchaser returns the delivered product to the Supplier with all accessories in unopened manufacturer's packaging. In the case of prepaid orders (Paypal, credit card, prepayment), if the receipt or delivery is still failed due to the customer's fault, the transaction/refund fees will be deducted from the refundable amount by the service provider.

In certain cases, the buyer does not have the right of withdrawal. Such cases include:

In the case of a product whose price is subject to movements and fluctuations in the money market that are beyond the control of the service provider.

In the case of perishable foodstuffs produced at the specific request of the purchaser, according to his requirements and in accordance with his individual request.

For hygiene products, long-life foods, food supplements, vitamins, cosmetics, if the product has already been unpacked! If the product is undamaged and unopened, the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal!

Warranty and guarantee

The service provider sells only new, unopened products. The warranty period varies depending on the type of product.

The service provider will only replace or refund the price of the product if it is proven to have been delivered defective. We may have products close to their expiry date in our store, which are often sold on special offer until the date of expiry.

Exclusion of liability

When purchasing via the Internet, it is assumed that the customer is aware of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and errors that may occur.

The service provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from possible technical faults in the Internet network, possible malfunction of communication equipment, malfunction of any software or program, possible technical failures.

The service provider reserves the right to serve, or not to serve at all, customers who regularly fail to comply with the terms of this contract or otherwise cause damage to the service provider, only upon prior payment.

Other provisions

The service provider is entitled to change or modify the terms of this contract unilaterally at any time, without giving reasons and without prior notice. It is also entitled to change the price of products and delivery times. The changes are effective from the date of publication in the web store. For a given order, the purchase conditions in force at the time of ordering shall apply.
